About the Institut zur Fortbildung von Betriebsräten
The Institut zur Fortbildung von Betriebsräten (ifb) is an owner-managed company in the field of adult education. It was founded in Munich in 1988. With over 170 permanent employees and around 55,000 participants annually, the ifb is considered the market leader among private, non-union seminar providers for works councils and employee representatives in Germany.
The Challenge
Prior to implementing evasys, ifb online seminars could not be evaluated, as the previous evaluation system lacked the required functionality.
The Solution
Since the implementation of evasys, it has been possible to conduct surveys across multiple media channels and automatically evaluate and analyze the results within a single system. Surveys can be conducted on paper, online, or using a hybrid approach that combines both. The survey medium can be adjusted quickly in response to changing circumstances.
Results of the Collaboration
Significantly faster processing of returned surveys
Automated delivery of results immediately following the seminar
Increased flexibility and scalability
What the Customer Says About the Collaboration
>>
The automatic recognition and digitization of our participants' responses saves us an enormous amount of time in seminar follow-up. We can put this saved time to good use to implement requests and suggestions for improvement, to continuously improve our quality, and to dedicate even more time to our customers.
