With the help of subareas and a tree structure, you can map your individual organizational structure. You can navigate to the individual survey projects via the subareas.

Creating survey projects

With the navigation in the left menu, you can conduct large survey projects with just a few clicks. It is very easy to link a survey project with any questionnaire and survey period. Then you can send the survey to your participants. You can use a questionnaire or parts of a questionnaire again and again.

You can create a questionnaire simply by drag & drop. In the questionnaire editor you have access to a question library and you can structure individual questions or question blocks. Question libraries can be shared among each other.

A glimpse into the questionnaire designer

If you would like to use further functions in the design of your questionnaire, which are not covered by the normal questionnaire editor, we offer the questionnaire designer for sophisticated tasks. We support you in the use of our tools through personal training.

Importing data

You can import the data of your survey participants into your evasys system via the import interface or transfer them automatically from your campus management system or learning management system into your system using the Data Bridge, for example.

Paper, Online or Hybrid

You can create and send online or paper-based surveys. Changing the medium is also possible without any problems. With evasys, you always have all options and are flexible.

For paper-based surveys, intelligent integrated scanning technology handles the evaluation and processing of your surveys.

Viewing survey results
