Depending on the type of product and technical provision, different contractual bases apply to the use of our products and services. On this page, you will find the applicable General Terms and Conditions.

Rental agreements without hosting

These terms and conditions apply to all rental agreements that do not include a hosting component. The software is provided in the agreed form and is not operated via an evasys cloud infrastructure.

These contractual bases are relevant if only a software license has been agreed upon.

Cloud products and rental agreements with hosting

These terms and conditions apply to all cloud products and rental products that are provided together with a hosting service. This includes all services that are operated via an evasys cloud infrastructure.

These contractual terms are applicable if hosting services are part of the contract.
